We are hiring Admin cum Receptionist

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires from clients or customers. Provide customer service at the front desk. Responsible Office Administrator cum Receptionist to organize our company’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage license renewals and permits.
Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office
Travel, diary and event management.
Sales, procurement and logistics support.
Meet and greet corporate visitors.
Maintain records and files
Candidate must be in UAE on husband or own visa and ready to join immediately.
Candidate must be able to communicate in English and able to work in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary: 1,500-2,200 Aed

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Account Assistant

Looking for a competent Accounting Clerk / book-keeper who can manage accounting data entry.

Accounting tasks:

Data entry for accounting transactions
Manage and monitor group company accounts
Records bank entries and reconciliation
Maintain accounting records
Prepare accounts for VAT/ Corporate Tax filing

Skills:

Professional Degree in Accounting
Min 3 years of experience in the data entry as Account Assistant
Strong Analytical, written/verbal communication skills
Typing speed and accuracy
Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks
Proficiency in MS Office
Good written and verbal English

Pay: AED 2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
